· To secure your booking, all treatments an hour or over will require a deposit. This is non-refundable unless we are provided with at least 24 hours reschedule or cancellation notice.
· We have the right to cancel. In rare and unusual circumstances, a therapist maybe unwell or not available to carry out your treatment. We reserve the right to transfer your treatment to another therapist and although rare, in some circumstances (beyond our control), we may need to cancel your appointment. We would always do our upmost best for this not to happen.
· We reserve the right to change our prices, without notice, or the nature of our treatments and /or packages and offers.
· We at Beauty at the Pantiles aim to give the best possible treatments. Our experienced therapists strive to meet everyone’s needs and make your experience here a professional and pleasant one. If however, you are not satisfied with your experience, please feel free to email us with your concerns.
· Beauty at the Pantiles require a patch test for some treatments, and is essential this is carried out.
· If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we have the right to reschedule or your treatment maybe reduced and still charged at the full treatment price.
· As most of us here are parents and have had small children, we fully understand them accompanying you. We ask you politely to try to keep the nature of our salon calm and peaceful as there are quiet treatments being carried out.
· Mobile phones are asked to be kept on silent, and we politely ask you to refrain from eating in the salon.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
· Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render the gift voucher.
· Gift vouchers are non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
· The value of the gift voucher can only be redeemed once.
· If you partially use a gift voucher, the remaining value will stay valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher.
· Your gift voucher will be used as a deposit towards your booked treatment, unless a cash alternative is provided.
· Gift vouchers are non transferable.
· Gift vouchers are to be used for treatments only.
· Packages and their prices cannot be amended.
